When does my trial start?

When you successfully create an organization, your 60 calendar days begin. Signing up alone does not start the trial. Each new organization has its own dates.

What can I use during the trial?

The full core toolkit: participants, programs, fee configuration, explicit charges, billing review, received payments, receipts, CSV import, staff access and membership periods where applicable. The trial supports up to 200 active participants.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your records remain available through authorized read-only access, including historical receipts and Settings. Adding or updating operational records requires paid entitlement. Account security, staff revocation and historical payment reversal remain available.

Is there a permanent free plan?

No. New organizations receive a 60-day trial. Continued operational use after the trial requires Growing Center or Established.

How are the plans different?

Growing Center supports up to 200 active participants. Established has unlimited active-participant capacity. Both share the same core toolkit.

Can I activate a paid plan here?

An authorized Owner can set up a Razorpay test-mode subscription in organization Settings when payment configuration is enabled. Public plan buttons do not purchase or activate paid access. Verified provider payment is required.

How does the guarantee work?
